Tanemaki Gonnbei-no-sato Japanese Garden
Opened in May 1994 following its development under the Hometown Revitalization Project, this facility is themed around flowers, greenery, and water, centered on the folk songs and fairy tales of Buyu Gonnbei passed down in Kihoku Town. The garden is a Tsukiyama Rinsen Kaiyu-shiki (hill-and-pond stroll) Japanese garden. As one of the largest gardens in Mie Prefecture that leverages its natural landscape, it offers a space for leisurely strolling alongside the Gonnbei Residence, which is equipped with an exhibition room and a tea house.
